We want your little wildflowers to love their new pieces! If something isn't quite right with your order, we are here to help!
🌼 Returns & Exchanges
How do I start a return?
If something didn’t bloom quite right, we’re here to help.
Send an email to hello@threewildflowerdesigns.com with:
- Your order number
- The item you’d like to return
- A brief note about why it’s coming back to us
Once your request is approved, we’ll send a confirmation email with return‑shipping instructions.
Refund timing:
- Items returned within 15 days of receiving your return label will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Items returned after 15 days from when the label was sent will receive store credit, perfect for choosing something new that speaks to you.
🌿 What items are returnable?
We gladly accept returns on items:
- Sent back within 15 days of receiving them
- In unused, unworn, and original packaging condition
🍂 What items are non‑refundable?
Some pieces are made just for you and can’t be returned:
- Final sale items
- Personalized Patched Denim Jackets (each one is a custom creation)
🌸 Can I exchange an item?
Yes — if you need a different size, we’re happy to help.
Email hello@threewildflowerdesigns.com to request an exchange, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

You can choose:
- Refund to your original payment method
- Refund as store credit
How do I ship items back?
All return‑shipping details will be included in the email you receive after submitting your return request.
When will my refund arrive?
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll send you an update.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the item.
Having an issue with your order?
If something isn’t quite right — sizing, fit, or anything else — please email hello@threewildflowerdesigns.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
We’re unable to assist with concerns reported outside this window.
🍃 Lost packages
We wish we could guide every package safely home, but once it leaves our hands, we’re not responsible for lost or missing shipments.
If your order is marked “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier. We’ll always do our best to support you, but we cannot replace lost packages.
